31 Minutos is a children's program released in 2003 by the television channel TVN, its creators are Pedro Peirano and Álvaro Díaz.   I like studying film-making because I love immersing myself in a story and feeling that I am in another world, disconnected from my reality. I come from poor neighborhoods and those sectors in Chilean films are generally represented from the point of view of filmmakers from uptown neighborhoods. In recent times, Chilean films only tell stories of wealthy people and it is difficult for me to empathize with those stories, because being set in a Chile different from what most Chileans experience, it seems sad to me. Perhaps it is contradictory to my initial inspiration, but being in a setting so far from Chilean reality gives me the feeling that they want to run from their origins and make heterogeneous stories, without identity.
